We are currently engaged by a Brussels-based logistics firm to provide a critical analysis of their long-term strategy and internal governance structures. To support this mandate and other upcoming engagements, we are adding an AI Workflow Coordinator to our team. This role is designed for an entry-level professional who understands that technology is a tool for better thinking, not a replacement for it. The successful candidate will help organize the information streams and AI-assisted processes that allow our principals to produce rigorous, written memoranda.
The Role
In this position, you will manage the technical sequence of our advisory work. For our current client in the logistics sector, this involves processing large volumes of internal documentation, meeting records, and industry data. You will use various artificial intelligence tools to categorize this information and generate initial summaries that our senior analysts will then scrutinize. This is a full-time, permanent position that functions entirely within a remote environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the AI tools we use are configured correctly to support our specific style of written inquiry.
Your daily tasks will include refining prompts to extract specific logical arguments from client data, auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, and maintaining a clear digital trail of how information has been processed. You will not be building presentations or slide decks. Instead, your work focuses on preparing the structural foundations for the signed memoranda that our firm produces. You will ensure that every piece of data provided by the Brussels logistics client is accounted for and accessible to the lead author of the engagement.
What You Bring
We require someone who views writing as a discipline of thought. Even though this is an AI-focused role, your ability to draft clear, concise English prose is the most important skill you possess. You should have a foundational understanding of how large language models function and how to structure queries to get precise, non-generic results. We do not expect years of professional experience, but we do look for candidates who have managed complex information projects during their studies or through personal initiatives.
