🚀 We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant! Join us in delivering exciting international HR transformation projects and help global organizations master the complexity of Time Off and Time Tracking.
What will you do?
✅ Own the Time workstream on international SuccessFactors projects, from workshops to go-live
✅ Configure Time Off and/or Time Tracking, covering time types, accruals, work schedules, overtime and approvals
✅ Design and safeguard the integration between Time and payroll
✅ Build and maintain a global template while keeping country-specific rules under control
✅ Advise clients as a trusted expert and coach colleagues in the Time domain
What do you bring?
🤝 3 to 8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience as a functional consultant. Other WFM solution experience is welcome too
🤝 Proven configuration experience in Time Off or Time Tracking, from design through go-live
🤝 A solid foundation in Employee Central and how it connects to Time
🤝 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification, Time Management certification is a strong plus
🤝 Fluent English, plus Dutch or French for our Benelux clients
🤝 You are based in Benelux, or elsewhere in the EU for remote delivery, and ready to work hybrid
