Overview

We’re looking for an AI / Workflow Specialist to identify practical automation opportunities and build useful workflows for the team. Depending on the initial use cases, this could be an AI-trained project manager and workflow builder or a more technical LLM specialist.

- AI-assisted process design
- Agent and automation development
- Testing and quality control
- Documentation and team adoption

Responsibilities

Discovery & Design

- Meet with process owners to understand repetitive work and bottlenecks.
- Prioritize use cases by value, feasibility, and risk.
- Design workflows with clear inputs, outputs, owners, and review points.

Build & Implementation

- Build and connect approved AI-assisted workflows.
- Test outputs, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
- Document how each workflow works and when a person should intervene.

Adoption & Measurement

- Train relevant teammates on new workflows.
- Monitor usage and gather feedback.
- Report on time saved, quality, and remaining limitations.




Must-Haves

- Examples of AI workflows or agents built for real users.
- Ability to map a business process and turn it into a working solution.
- Experience testing outputs and handling exceptions.
- Clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Haves

- Ecommerce, marketing, or consumer-brand workflow experience.
- Experience integrating multiple business systems.
- Experience establishing approval and quality-control processes.
- Technical LLM experience, if the agreed remit requires it.
