AI Workplace (M365) & Microsoft Purview Senior Engineer BearingPoint is looking for an experienced AI Workplace & Microsoft Purview Senior Engineer to help clients adopt AI securely and effectively across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, data security, governance, and modern workplace transformation. What you will do Lead Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, governance, and implementation engagements for clients. Design and deploy capabilities such as sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit, and other Purview controls. Support secure AI workplace adoption by identifying oversharing risks, improving data governance, and defining practical guardrails for Copilot. Run workshops with client stakeholders, translate technical requirements into business outcomes, and produce high-quality project deliverables. Work across the wider Microsoft stack including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and adjacent security services. What we are looking for Strong hands-on Microsoft Purview experience across information protection, DLP, retention, records management, audit, and compliance. Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, governance, implementation, or secure adoption programmes. Strong consulting and client-facing skills, including workshops, stakeholder engagement, and solution design. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 core services and adjacent security technologies such as Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly in business language. Desirable Relevant Microsoft certifications such as SC-400, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, or MS-102. Experience in consulting or professional services. PowerShell, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio governance experience. Why you will enjoy working at BearingPoint Ireland?
