AI/Agentic System Developer

Role Description The AI/Agentic System Developer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this position, the developer will design, build, and maintain AI-driven agentic systems that integrate with client tools and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend services, connecting to APIs and databases, conducting system and integration testing, and optimizing performance and reliability. The developer will collaborate with product and client teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, ensure secure and compliant implementations, and document solutions for ongoing maintenance. The role also involves monitoring deployed agents, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system behavior based on user feedback and data.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Programming skills in one or more languages commonly used for AI and backend development (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), with clean, maintainable code practices.
• Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, designing efficient schemas, and writing optimized queries.
• Candidates should possess Testing skills, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AI frameworks, LLMs, or agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, custom orchestration) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel) and secure deployment practices is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work effectively in hybrid, cross-functional teams are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
