AI/ML Engineer

Design and deploy machine learning systems that solve real business problems. You'll build RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, and create intelligent agents — not prototypes, but production systems.

About The Role

Genorah's AI Lab builds production intelligence — not demos. You'll work on projects ranging from document processing pipelines to multi-agent workflow systems. Every model you deploy creates measurable value for our clients.

What you'll do

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and fine-tuning strategies
• Build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Deploy models to production with monitoring, versioning, and failover
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers to integrate AI into client applications
• Stay current with research and translate papers into working systems

Python, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, Pinecone, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications (RAG, agents, fine-tuning)
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector)
• Understanding of MLOps practices and model serving infrastructure
• Track record of shipping AI features to production
