The role requires hands-on experience in developing intelligent agent systems, implementing state machines for complex financial workflows, and creating comprehensive AI-driven decision support solutions. Key Responsibilities: Agentic Workflow Development Design and build agentic workflows for treasury simulations and financial scenario planning Develop intelligent planning agents that can reason through complex financial decisions Create scenario narrators that can explain and communicate financial outcomes in natural language Implement multi-agent systems for collaborative decision-making processes LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering Design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve specific financial domain tasks Build robust prompt templates and chains for consistent agent behavior Implement prompt engineering best practices for accuracy, reliability, and cost optimization Fine-tune and evaluate LLM outputs for financial domain applications State Machine & Orchestration Develop complex state machines using LangGraph for agentic workflow orchestration Implement stateful agents that maintain context across multi-turn interactions Design and build reasoning agents that can break down complex problems into actionable steps Create event-driven architectures for responsive agent systems RAG & Knowledge Management Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for financial knowledge bases Design vector databases and embedding strategies for efficient information retrieval Build context-aware agents that leverage domain-specific documentation and data Optimize retrieval mechanisms for accuracy and relevance Financial Domain Modeling Apply financial domain expertise to treasury operations, cash flow management, and risk assessment Model complex financial scenarios including market conditions, liquidity positions, and investment strategies Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI systems Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices Decision Support Systems Build AI-powered decision support tools for treasury and finance teams Create interactive interfaces for scenario exploration and what-if analysis Develop explainable AI solutions that provide transparent reasoning paths Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for agent performance Qualifications and Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field 5 to 10 years of experience in software development with minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM applications Strong expertise in working with large language models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.) Proven experience in building agentic workflows and autonomous systems Deep knowledge of financial domain concepts, particularly treasury operations Excellent technical documentation skills with ability to write clear specifications and architectural designs Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred Technical Expertise Core AI/ML Skills Large Language Models (OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, open-source models) Prompt engineering frameworks and best practices LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks State machine design and implementation Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures Programming & Development Python (primary), with strong expertise in AI/ML libraries Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS) API development (REST, FastAPI, Flask) Git version control and CI/CD pipelines Financial Domain Knowledge Treasury operations and cash management Financial modeling and scenario planning Risk assessment and decision analysis Financial data structures and reporting Cloud & Infrastructure Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Model deployment and MLOps Monitoring and observability tools Additional Skills Natural language processing (NLP) Data structures and algorithms Distributed systems and microservices Test-driven development and quality assurance What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits (health, dental, retirement) AI/ML certification and training support Remote work flexibility Access to cutting-edge AI technologies and tools Client-facing exposure to Fortune 500 financial institutions Career growth in a leading data analytics and AI practice Travel Requirements Willingness to travel 25-50% to client locations Valid driver's license Application Process Qualified candidates should submit: Detailed resume highlighting Generative AI and agentic workflow project experience Cover letter describing relevant technical achievements in AI/ML Portfolio of completed AI projects, particularly those involving agents or financial applications (if available) GitHub profile or code samples demonstrating AI/ML expertise Professional references from previous AI/ML implementations We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
