What You'll do: Classical ML & Production Systems: - Design and deploy forecasting and time series prediction models in production; - Build reproducible ML pipelines on Databricks Model Serving with model registration and versioning; - Develop feature engineering workflows and experiment tracking via MLflow; - Monitor model drift and implement automated retraining strategies Generative AI & Agentic Systems: - Develop LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering and function calling; - Implement multi-step agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, LangGraph); - Design evaluation frameworks to assess LLM outputs and agent behavior in production; - Build data pipelines for model fine-tuning and evaluation dataset preparation Infrastructure & Deployment: - Deploy ML solutions on Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning; - Containerize and orchestrate workflows using Docker and Kubernetes; - Implement observability and tracing for model and agent performance; - Collaborate with teams to integrate ML components into microservices architectures Who You Are: - 4–5 years of professional experience in machine learning or AI-focused roles (or equivalent demonstrated production ML work); -  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience); - Strong Python proficiency and solid object-oriented programming fundamentals; - Experience building and deploying time series forecasting and prediction models; - Hands-on experience with production ML workflows and Databricks; - Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic system design; - Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); - Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and drift detection; - Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow); - Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive testing; - Fluent in Portuguese and English;  Preferred Qualifications: - Experience deploying LLM applications and agentic systems in production; - Familiarity with observability platforms for LLM tracing (e.g., Langfuse or similar); - Understanding of cost optimization for LLM inference and token caching; - Experience with multi-agent orchestration and tool-use patterns; - Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines  What you'll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - Benefits plan; - And others.
