Department: Digital Asset Management Center Employment Type: Probationary Work Arrangement: Hybrid The Asset Information Management (AIM) and Virtual Plant Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing digital asset information systems and virtual plant models. This role ensures the integrity, accessibility, and usability of asset data, supporting engineering, maintenance, and operations teams in TBG’s power generation facilities. Working closely with various teams, the AIMS Specialist helps resolve system issues, provides user support, and contributes to process improvements in asset information management and document control. This position plays a vital role in maintaining data integrity and supporting the efficient execution of business operations. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with the Project Manager of WS4 and the AIMS Manager to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of technical workstreams, keeping them aligned with project timelines and objectives. This includes defining clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within the technical teams. Note that the role will be assigne in TSI (Toril, Davao).
