Join an international customer service project and support German-speaking customers of one of the world’s leading household appliances brands.

No previous customer service experience is required — 10 days of full paid training in English are provided.

• Hybrid work model: home office combined with office work in Athens – Neos Kosmos
• Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00

✅ About the project

Join the customer support team of a leading international household appliances brand known for innovative air fryers, vacuum cleaners, blenders, coffee makers and smart home products.

You will support German-speaking customers with product questions, orders, deliveries, returns and technical troubleshooting.

✅ What you will do

• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and services
• Help customers with product setup, use and troubleshooting
• Assist with returns, refunds and exchanges
• Provide friendly, professional and solution-oriented support
• Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases

✅ Salary & Bonuses

• €1,300 gross/month ×14 – base salary
• €100 gross/month fixed project bonus
• Up to 10% performance bonus – up to €130 gross/month
• Meal allowance via Up Hellas Mastercard
• €500 anniversary bonus after one year

Average monthly earnings: €1,400–€1,530 gross/month + meal allowance
