Airfare Specialist（航空运价专员

Jettzy is looking for an Airfare Specialist to support airfare management and distribution across our Australasia and Asia Pacific markets.

The role is responsible for understanding airline fares and fare rules, comparing our fares against competitors, identifying the right fare and supply sources for different markets, and working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure competitive fares are correctly distributed through Jettzy.

• Analyse airline fares, fare rules, booking classes, taxes, restrictions and ticketing conditions.
• Compare Jettzy fares against competitors and identify pricing gaps and opportunities.
• Investigate why particular airlines, routes or markets are more or less competitive.
• Identify suitable fares and supply sources for different markets, routes and customer segments.

• Recommend which fares and supply sources should be distributed in different markets.
• Monitor fare competitiveness and distribution performance and recommend adjustments where required.
• Understand the impact of GDS, private fares, commissions, incentives, NDC and other supply arrangements on final selling prices.
• Help ensure appropriate fare content is available and correctly presented through Jettzy’s distribution channels.

• Work extensively with Amadeus and Travelport.
• Communicate with airlines, GDSs and other airfare suppliers regarding fares, availability, ticketing and distribution issues.
• Investigate fare discrepancies, availability differences, booking failures and ticketing issues with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve fare content, commercial terms and supply quality.

• Work closely with Product and Technology teams to translate airfare and distribution requirements into system rules and product improvements.
• Work with Operations teams on ticketing, fare rules, reissue, refunds and other operational issues.
• Provide clear recommendations to management on fare competitiveness, supply performance and distribution opportunities.

• Around 3–5 years’ relevant experience in an airline, OTA, TMC, GDS, consolidator or similar travel business.
• Strong practical knowledge of Amadeus and Travelport.
• Strong understanding of airline fares, fare rules, booking classes and ticketing.
• Practical knowledge of ticketing, reissue and refunds.
• Ability to analyse and compare fares across different sources and competitors.
• Good commercial understanding of how airfare content is distributed and sold.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal technical and operational teams.
• Good command of both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience with NDC, private fares, airline APIs or OTA airfare distribution would be an advantage.
