Community Manager

We’re looking for an Community Manager to grow social media channels and engage audiences in the Malaysian market.

What you’ll do:

• Manage social media channels.
• Create engaging posts, campaigns, and community activities.
• Communicate with followers via social media.
• Create short-form content using AI and video tools.
• Monitor engagement and improve content performance.
• Work with the team on local marketing campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Simplified Chinese ((Mandarin) written and chat) + English.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian-Chinese online culture and trends.
• Experience managing social media communities.
• Experience with AI content and video editing tools is a plus.
