Tackle Complex Problems: Solve intricate business change and technology challenges. Bring Structure and Build Trust: I ndependently structure projects for effective decision-making while fostering trusted senior client relationships by adapting to their ways of working. Support Commercial Growth: Contribute to Liqueo's commercial activities by assisting in client proposals and meetings within your practice. Drive Industry Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify emerging trends and drive our growth agenda. Mentor and Inspire : Lead by example, mentoring others and participating in performance management and recruitment activities. Promote Learning and Development: Encourage and inspire learning by sharing your industry expertise across Liqueo’s practices. Commit to Self-Development: E ngage in continuous self-improvement by leveraging our dynamic learning culture and collaborating with Liqueo’s SMEs and external experts. Contribute to Thought Leadership: Write white papers and case studies for publication on the Liqueo website and LinkedIn, especially when off engagement.
