Overview Senior Alfresco Consultant 📍 Location: Germany | 🌐 Remote About the Role As a Solution Consultant at Hyland, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our customers' success. You'll lead the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions, drawing on your technical expertise and consulting experience to deliver meaningful outcomes — while building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor. Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do Lead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from both a business and technical perspective Design, configure, and build solutions leveraging best practice knowledge, including application development tools and integrations Compose and deliver requirements documentation, accurately estimate deployment timelines, and lead demonstrations of configured solutions or prototypes while maintaining stakeholder buy-in Test configured solutions to ensure optimal performance, proactively advising customers through their testing process while managing project scope Develop migration plans using best practices for enterprise solutions and transition key information to technical support teams to ensure continued customer success Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying future engagement opportunities while providing training, coaching, and guidance to internal and external stakeholders Technology Tools Alfresco / Enterprise Content Managment (ECM) Role Essentials — What You'll Need Experience configuring and implementing Alfresco solutions with strong skills in scripting, system architecture, or relational databases Fluency in German (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate with ease, clarity, and impact across diverse audiences Strong investigative and analytical skills with the ability to ask probing questions and gather quality information effectively Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams and across functional areas What We'd Like to See Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Hands-on experience with Alfresco or similar enterprise content management platforms Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues when needed Experience participating in pre-sales opportunities, providing technical or industry knowledge toward work estimates and solution design About Hyland Hyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland.
