Job Description Algorithmic Cyber Portfolio Steerer / AI-Driven Cyber Portfoliosteering Lead Your Tasks Actively steer and develop agentic and algorithmic underwritten portfolios in the Cyber line of business Design and implement AI use cases across the underwriting value chain, such as: Risk assessment of cyber submissions, pricing decision support and offering functions Support by interconnecting agentic teams to broker platforms Build and apply prompting strategies to enhance underwriting analysis and decision-making Leverage modern technologies, agent-based systems and decision engines Continuously improve underwriting quality, consistency and speed through automation and AI Analyze and optimize underwriting processes with a focus on scalability and standardization Collaborate closely with Underwriting, IT and Data Science to develop and deploy solutions Ensure integration of algorithmic underwriting approaches into existing systems and workflows Your Profile Strong experience in portfolio steering Understanding of insurance underwriting logic Experience in process optimization, automation or transformation Interest in or hands-on experience with AI, machine learning or prompt engineering Understanding of data analytics and modern technologies Experience in leading projects as well as stakeholder management, e.g. board members, senior executives Strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach High level of initiative and motivation to shape new underwriting approaches Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
