Amazon Account Manager Position Type: Full-Time Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours with a four-hour weekly CET overlap About the Company Our client is a growing women’s wellness company managing three distinct consumer brands across Amazon’s European marketplaces. Its portfolio covers intimate wellness, maternity, and perimenopausal care, with current operations in Spain, France, Italy, and Germany and plans to expand into additional European markets and the UK. The company has a collaborative, flexible, and entrepreneurial culture where team members are trusted to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems proactively. As the Amazon business continues to grow, the team is looking to strengthen its internal operations, improve account management processes, and build a scalable foundation for long-term marketplace expansion. About the Role You will own the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts across multiple European marketplaces, ensuring operations run smoothly, proactively, and efficiently rather than reactively. In addition, you will continuously optimize a catalog of approximately 100 SKUs by identifying and implementing incremental improvements to product detail pages, images, and listing content to maximize performance and maintain catalog quality as the business expands into new markets. Suppressed Listing Recovery: Proactively identify and restore suppressed, inactive, or blocked listings to minimize downtime and maintain consistent sales performance. Listing Creation & Catalog Structure: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings while developing strategic parent-child variation structures that align with customer behavior and buying intent. Catalog Optimization: Continuously improve product detail pages through ongoing testing and optimization of images, copy, and listing content to maximize conversion and catalog performance Marketplace Expansion: Support the launch of products into new European marketplaces, including the UK, Poland, Ireland, and the Netherlands, ensuring listings are fully prepared and compliant with local requirements. Canva Editing: Use Canva to make basic edits, resize assets, update translated content, and prepare listing visuals across different marketplaces and languages. AI Tool Utilization: Use AI tools such as Claude to support purchase planning, listing optimization, and translations across multiple European marketplaces.
