Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Amazon Account Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounts through Amazon Seller Central. This role is focused on managing daily operations, driving sales growth, and optimizing the presence of the brand on Amazon.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies

• Manage inventory, forecasting, and ensure timely replenishment of stock

• Handle customer service inquiries, reviews, and feedback through Amazon

• Stay up to date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices

• Collaborate with internal and external teams (marketing, logistics, creative) to ensure alignment with brand goals.

• Read, interpret, and execute detailed product briefs for Amazon listings, including A+ content and infographics.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts

• Proven success in driving sales and managing Amazon operations

• • Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising.

• Background in digital marketing, SEO, or PPC is highly preferred.

• Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to read and execute complex design and product briefs with precision.

• Familiarity with using AI tools and ability to write effective prompts.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Amazon PPC and advertising tools

• Familiarity with inventory management tools and order fulfillment logistics

• Knowledge of A+ Content structures on Amazon.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of additional marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay) is a plus.
