Role and Company Overview:

We're hiring an Amazon Advertising Specialist on behalf of one of the leading Amazon agency operators in the US. With ~150 employees and a strong reputation managing consumer brands across beauty, supplements, pet care, and other categories, this company is a recognized name in the e-commerce space. This is a hands-on execution role reporting to the Director of Advertising, focused on the daily management and optimization of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns for high-volume client brands.

Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP
• Perform daily campaign management, including bid adjustments, budget monitoring, and placement optimization
• Conduct keyword research, harvesting, and ongoing keyword and negative keyword management
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization
• Pull and prepare regular performance reports for the internal advertising team (ACoS, TACOS, CPC, ROAS, CAC, NTB)
• Support Amazon DSP campaign setup and operational tasks (~10% of time)
• Collaborate closely with Amazon Advertising Managers and the Director to ensure execution aligns with the approved strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
• Proven experience working directly inside the Amazon Advertising Console
• Experience managing larger catalogs and meaningful monthly ad spend
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to maintain working-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (EST)
• Reliable high-speed internet

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with third-party Amazon advertising tools (Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, xNurta, Intentwise)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP
• Amazon Ads certification
• Prior experience working remotely for a US-based company
