What you will do
- Own marketplace performance and profitable growth across Amazon and future marketplace channels, with primary responsibility for Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Manage catalog operations, including listings, variations, flat files, keyword optimization, product data, troubleshooting, and account health.
- Optimize product detail pages, A+ content, Brand Stores, imagery, videos, FAQs, merchandising, promotions, and customer experience.
- Lead new product launches from content readiness and quality assurance through launch execution and performance monitoring.
- Oversee FBA execution, inventory planning, Seller Central administration, reimbursements, promotional calendars, pricing integrity, Buy Box ownership, compliance, and fulfillment issues.
- Direct marketplace advertising, reporting, analytics, AI and automation initiatives, agency relationships, and creator, affiliate, and social commerce programs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, including direct ownership of Amazon Seller Central operations and performance.
- Expertise in listings, variations, flat files, backend keywords, catalog management, marketplace troubleshooting, content, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Experience with FBA, inventory planning, forecasting, account health, compliance, operational issue resolution, and marketplace advertising.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, technology partners, and creator, affiliate, influencer, or social commerce programs.
- Strong communication, prioritization, influencing, and cross-functional execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
