Amazon Operations Specialist

Position Type : Full Time Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6:30PM EST (open to overlapping hours after training/ onboarding) About the Company Our client is a US-based, operator-led marketplace growth partner that helps brands scale across Amazon and other major online marketplaces. Founded by experienced marketplace leaders, the company provides full-service support across advertising, product launches, listing optimization, inventory analysis, and data-driven growth strategies. About the Role Our client is seeking an Amazon Operations Specialist to work behind the scenes in supporting the operational health of Amazon accounts. This role is focused on backend execution, issue resolution, Seller Central support, case management, flat file updates, and account-level monitoring. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in handling Amazon backend operations with minimal supervision. They should be able to take unclear or high-level instructions, investigate the issue, and drive it toward resolution. The role will work closely with internal team members as part of the brand team. Responsibilities Amazon Backend Operations: Support day-to-day Seller Central operations, including listing updates, catalog maintenance, account monitoring, and backend troubleshooting. Listing & Catalog Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve listing, catalog, variation, suppression, and flat file-related issues. Seller Support & Case Management: Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases to drive timely resolution. Flat File Updates: Prepare, update, and troubleshoot flat files for catalog and listing changes. Account Health Monitoring: Monitor account health, listing status, backend alerts, and operational issues that may impact marketplace performance. Internal Coordination: Communicate updates, issues, and next steps clearly with internal team members through Slack, Teams, Gmail, and other channels. Process Documentation: Document recurring workflows and support SOP creation to improve operational consistency. Competencies and Qualifications Must-Have 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central backend operations, ideally across larger eCommerce companies or multiple brands. Strong experience resolving listing, catalog, account health, and Seller Support issues. Hands-on experience with flat files, listing updates, backend troubleshooting, and case management. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues with minimal direction. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Experience using Amazon Seller Central, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and flat files. Nice-to-Have Experience building SOPs or documenting operational workflows. Familiarity with Helium10, or similar Amazon tools. Experience with project management tools. Experience working with supplement brands or regulated product categories on Amazon.
