We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Pod Leader to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of strategists, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, managing client advertising budgets, and ensuring that team members are delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and delivering exceptional results for clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Leading the team of strategists and ensuring they are delivering high-quality results Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization Communicating with clients to discuss performance and recommend strategies for improvement Managing client advertising budgets and ensuring they are being utilized effectively Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders Developing and implementing a training program for new strategists Providing ongoing training and support for existing strategists to improve their skills and knowledge Working with strategists to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching Working with the strategist to identify and resolve client issues Implementing programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture and promote work-life balance Coordinating team capacity in order to provide strategists with attainable goals and workloads and to increase team's productivity Establishing a hierarchy between action items that will enable each strategist to reach set results and objectives REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in Marketing/ Engineering/ Audit/ Management Proven experience in PPC and leadership Strong knowledge of PPC Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to details and documentation Knowledge of English: C1 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary Semi flexible working hours Remote work year-round 4 weeks paid vacation + sick time Professional training Continuous growth This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire.Working hours: 6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
