🚛 Amazon Relay Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon Relay division and drive its operational growth.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Take full operational ownership of the Amazon Relay division
• Manage and develop the dispatch team
• Oversee daily operations, block booking, load planning and driver performance
• Build and improve SOPs and operational processes
• Recruit and onboard owner-operators and drivers
• Monitor Relay Scorecard, fleet utilization and financial KPIs
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve profitability and efficiency

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in US trucking operations
• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Relay experience
• Experience managing a dispatch team
• Proven experience scaling a fleet and recruiting drivers / owner-operators
• Strong understanding of US trucking operations and economics
• English B2+
• Strong leadership, ownership and decision-making skills
