America Lead - In Person Community/ Fitness & Wellness

Role Description The America Lead – In Person Community / Fitness & Wellness is a full-time remote role responsible for building and leading TRIO’s in-person community presence across the Americas. This role oversees the launch and operations of physical community initiatives, including local events, workshops, and fitness & wellness activations aligned with TRIO’s confidence-focused mission. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing community engagement strategies, coordinating with local partners and studios, and ensuring a consistent member experience that integrates physical, mental, and emotional wellness. The America Lead will monitor performance metrics, gather feedback from members, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations), and continuously refine programs for impact and scalability. The role also involves representing TRIO in regional partnerships, supporting brand awareness, and shaping best practices for global community expansion.
Qualifications

• Experience leading community-building, fitness, or wellness initiatives, ideally across multiple locations or regions.
• Background in fitness, wellness coaching, or health-related programs, with a strong interest in behavior change and long-term transformation.
• Skills in stakeholder and partner management, including establishing and maintaining relationships with studios, local organizations, and event partners.
• Ability to design and execute community events and programs, including planning, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse member groups and inspire participation.
• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and self-management abilities.
• Comfort with data and metrics to track engagement, retention, and program effectiveness, and to inform decision-making.
• Understanding of the Americas market and cultural nuances relevant to fitness, wellness, and community-building.
• Prior leadership or team management experience, including mentoring and developing local community or studio leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Science, Psychology, Business, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
