Website: www.scalecontentinc.com About the Role Scale Content is seeking experienced freelance Producer / Camera Operators to produce and capture original editorial content for entertainment, news, and special event coverage. Assignments include celebrity interviews, red carpets, press junkets, premieres, film festivals, live events, and on-location productions. This is a hands-on field production role for professionals who can independently produce, shoot, light, record audio, and deliver broadcast-quality content in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Produce and manage field productions from pre-production through wrap. Work closely with hosts to prepare interviews, coordinate production, and ensure smooth on-camera execution. Direct talent on location. Operate professional camera systems and capture broadcast-quality video. Record clean, professional audio using wireless microphones and field recording equipment. Set up lighting for interviews and field productions. Capture interviews, B-roll, and supporting footage. Ensure exceptional video and audio quality throughout production. Troubleshoot technical issues in the field. Work efficiently under tight deadlines and changing production schedules. Represent Scale Content professionally with talent, studios, publicists, and production partners. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in television, digital media, documentary, news, or entertainment production. Strong producing, interviewing, and storytelling skills. Excellent camera operating, lighting, and audio recording experience. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven production environments. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Available to work evenings, weekends, and travel as assignments require.
