Develop market, price, cost and risk models; analyze commodity, ingredient, supplier, operational and geopolitical drivers; and translate external developments into clear business implications and response options. Partner with stakeholders on forecasting, scenario analysis, supplier research, benchmarking and risk assessments to inform category strategy, sourcing, planning, resilience and Price Risk Management decisions. Interpret AI/ML-supported forecasting and risk-sensing tools, assess external analytical techniques and embed scalable digital capabilities into commercial processes. Standardize performance measures, strengthen data quality and integrate market, supplier and supply-chain signals to identify emerging exposures, trigger points and mitigation opportunities. Use advanced analysis, visualization and decision storytelling to support complex commercial, risk and resilience decisions.
Essential requirements

- Advanced analytical capability, with a demonstrated ability to integrate complex market, supplier, operational and supply-chain data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder-partnership and communication skills, including the ability to influence across functions, communicate uncertainty and translate analysis into decision-ready narratives.
- Experience developing or applying analytical models, dashboards, visualization tools and AI-enabled capabilities to support sourcing, resilience, planning and risk decisions.
Nice to have, but not essential
- Knowledge of commercial risk domains across the Americas and global cereals, grains, feed ingredients, livestock, meat, rendering or animal-protein value chains.
- Experience with commodity and ingredient cost drivers, price-risk concepts, hedging, benchmarking or collaboration with Price Risk Management teams.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, food, petcare, agriculture, commodities or another complex global business environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Build forward-looking market and risk intelligence: Develop an outside-in view of risk exposures across the Americas and Global Cereals & Animal Proteins markets, integrating market, supplier, geopolitical, operational and supply-chain signals to identify emerging exposures, watchpoints and opportunities.
- Develop forecasts and scenarios: Create and continuously improve price, cost, risk and scenario models for Americas risk domains and Global Cereals & Animal Proteins, making assumptions, confidence ranges, triggers and potential business implications transparent.
- Enable commercial and resilience decisions: Provide objective, decision-ready analysis for category strategy, sourcing, negotiations, planning, supplier risk, business continuity, resilience and Price Risk Management decisions.
- Advance integrated risk intelligence: Connect market, supplier, geographic and operational signals to identify emerging risks, trigger points and mitigation options, ensuring material developments are translated into actionable business choices.
- Advance insight products and digital capabilities: Develop scalable dashboards, visualizations, automation and AI/ML-supported forecasting and risk-sensing tools, while strengthening data quality, analytical standards and adoption across stakeholder groups.
