About us:

Amach is an industry-leading technology driven company with headquarters located in Dublin and remote teams in UK and Europe.

Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high quality and collaborative solutions.

Founded in 2013, Amach was created to solve a specific problem in aviation: too much complexity, too little usable intelligence. We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and Al-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.

Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced AMOS Integration specialist to be embedded with our customer, a major airline organisation, where you will lead integration strategy and execution across their AMOS landscape. You will work closely with the customer's technical and business stakeholders to design, implement and optimise AMOS integrations, while bringing product management capability to help shape priorities and direction. This is a contract or programme-based role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on a complex, multi-team aviation systems environment.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in AMOS integration delivery, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing integrations across airline or MRO systems
  • Strong understanding of AMOS administration, configuration and best practices, with the ability to advise on system optimisation
  • Seniority and credibility to operate across technical and business stakeholder groups, with the ability to communicate complex integration concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Product management or product ownership experience, or the ability to think strategically about integration priorities, roadmap and product direction
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team environments within the aviation, airline or MRO sector

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Lead the design, delivery and optimisation of AMOS integrations across the customer's systems landscape, working with their technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity
  • Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders across the customer's organisation to understand integration priorities, translate requirements into solutions and communicate progress and recommendations
  • Oversee the integration roadmap and help guide product direction by identifying opportunities to improve system capabilities, data quality and operational efficiency
  • Provide AMOS administration oversight and best-practice guidance, ensuring the customer's AMOS environment is configured optimally to support integration objectives
  • Collaborate with the customer's cross-functional teams to manage integration dependencies, resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment with broader programme objectives
  • Support the customer in evaluating and implementing data solutions that enhance visibility, reporting and decision-making across their AMOS environment

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with large-scale airline AMOS implementations
  • Experience with data strategy and analytics in the context of airline operations
  • Track record of successfully influencing and managing stakeholder expectations in programme-based delivery

What’s in it for you:

  • An opportunity to join a fast-growing company
  • Options for career advancement
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Flexible working environment
  • Competitive salaries based on experience
