Core Responsibilities
Prioritize and plan the development of financing products for sellers in the region. Identify growth opportunities and scale them to other countries in the ecosystem. Analyze data and build business cases to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to design and implement credit initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. Strong analytical skills demonstrated through proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, as well as the ability to generate detailed reports and complex analyses. Knowledge of AI tools is desirable.
