Lead Generation Specialist

We're Hiring: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Salary: $300/month (Part-Time) + Commission for Every Deal Signed

We're growing, and we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and opening doors.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential clients on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
• Start conversations with founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for our founder.
• Keep outreach organized in our CRM/tracking system.
• Continuously test and improve outreach messages.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales development in recruitment is a must.
• Strong written English.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation

• up to $300/month (Part-Time)
• Commission for every client who signs a recruitment agreement through your outreach.
• The better your outreach performs, the more you earn.
