Formación Académica
Graduación en Administración, Marketing, Comunicación, Economía o áreas afines. Posgrado o MBA será considerado diferencial.
Requisito Técnico Principal
Experiencia comprobada en e-commerce y/o marketing digital, con vivencia en gestión de canales digitales, plataformas de ventas online y relacionamiento con redes de distribución (concesionarios, revendedores o socios comerciales).
Otros Requisitos:
Español nativo o fluente — obligatorio. Portugués intermedio/avanzado — obligatorio para colaboración con equipo Brasil y liderazgo. Inglés intermedio — obligatorio para reuniones ejecutivas LATAM
Disponibilidad para viajes a los países hispanohablantes de la región (frecuencia: mensual)
Disponibilidad para viajes en Argentina.
Licencia de conducir vigente
Conocimiento de las particularidades regulatorias, fiscales y logísticas de al menos 2 mercados hispanohablantes de LATAM (ej.: Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador)
Obligatorio
E-commerce y gestión de canales digitales en LATAM hispanohablante
Presentaciones ejecutivas y comunicación con liderazgo en español y portugués
Relacionamiento y gestión de red de concesionarios / socios comerciales
Análisis de datos de ventas y performance (Excel, Power BI o similares)
Metodología y gestión de proyectos (ágil o waterfall)

Experiencia con mercado automotriz o Posventa.

Actividades:
Elaborar y comunicar pronósticos e informes de ventas a los distintos equipos
Apoyar y revisar los requisitos y resultados de los informes de proyectos.
Realizar análisis para evaluar las tácticas de ventas y las operaciones actuales de la empresa
Desarrollar e impulsar diversas iniciativas para apoyar las operaciones de Ventas, Posventa y/o Marketing
Establecer y gestionar relaciones tanto internas como externas (p. ej., con Marketing, Ventas, Legal, agencias, socios de GM, etc.).
Realizar otras funciones relacionadas según se le asigne.
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
