Monitoramento Operacional

• Realizar o monitoramento 24/7/365 da segurança, infraestrutura e sistemas críticos do Data Center.
• Acompanhar e classificar alarmes (críticos, não críticos e sob observação), acionando medidas corretivas conforme protocolos globais.
• Controlar acessos e apoiar coberturas de segurança conforme normas e políticas vigentes.

Configuração e Suporte Técnico

• Programar e configurar equipamentos de monitoramento do Data Center.
• Configurar e dar suporte a sistemas BMS (Building Management Systems), CFTV e controle de acesso.
• Realizar troubleshooting e providenciar encaminhamentos técnicos quando necessário.
• Criar e manter políticas de alarme no sistema de gerenciamento de rede.

Documentação e Relatórios

• Atualizar e manter os bancos de dados do Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
• Registrar incidentes e atualizações dentro dos SLAs globais.
• Preparar relatórios mensais, consolidando informações operacionais relevantes.

Conhecimento Técnico e Desenvolvimento

• Desenvolver conhecimento aprofundado em sistemas de gerenciamento de alarmes, BMS, controles de acesso e infraestrutura crítica de Data Centers.
• Seguir Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) e políticas de segurança corporativa.
• Aprimorar continuamente suas habilidades técnicas com apoio e orientação da equipe.

Segurança Patrimonial e Controle de Acesso.

• Monitoramento de alarmes de portas e cameras

Qualificações:

• Inglês avançado ou fluente (interação com equipes globais e documentação técnica).
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar por escala 2X3 e 3X2 - horário das 6h às 18h no modelo híbrido (dois dias presenciais por semana)

Diferenciais

• Experiência prévia em Data Centers.
• Conhecimento em BMS, sistemas de monitoramento, segurança eletrônica ou infraestrutura crítica.
• Vivência com ambientes de respostas a incidentes e operações globais.
