Core Responsibilities
Lead the cross-product perspective of the consumer credit portfolio, understanding how they connect with the Fintech ecosystem. Manage business and portfolio metrics, explaining deviations and transforming them into actionable recommendations. Build solid business cases to support investment decisions, product launches, and evolution, articulating business impact and trade-offs. Coordinate execution with local teams in each country and ensure operational rhythm and regional consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions, ideally related to credit, financial services, banking, or Fintech. Knowledge of SQL and Artificial Intelligence tools.
