Analista Senior Digital Performance

Job Description Responsabilidades principales Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de performance digital con enfoque 360: paid media, CRM/lifecycle, analytics y CRO. Gestionar campañas integradas y digital-first a lo largo del customer journey, asegurando consistencia entre canales, audiencias, oferta y mensaje. Monitorear y analizar KPIs de negocio y marketing para identificar oportunidades, generar aprendizajes y recomendar acciones de optimización. Liderar una lógica de test and learn para campañas, journeys, creatividades, landings y conversión. Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de Media, CRM, Comercial, agencias y concesionarios para ejecutar planes que impulsen ventas y aceleren resultados. Desarrollar un vínculo cercano con equipos comerciales para detectar oportunidades de negocio, alinear prioridades y traducir necesidades comerciales en acciones de performance digital. Colaborar con equipos de insights y analytics para profundizar análisis de performance, segmentación, atribución y calidad de audiencia. Impulsar la mejora continua de activos digitales y experiencias de conversión, incluyendo sitios, landings, journeys y puntos de contacto clave. Construir reportes ejecutivos y operativos con hallazgos accionables. Coordinar y desafiar a agencias o proveedores externos para garantizar ejecución de excelencia, foco en resultados y cumplimiento de tiempos. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de performance, growth, estrategia digital, analítica, e-commerce o roles afines , con comprensión integral del funnel digital y capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento a lo largo del customer journey. Fuerte capacidad analítica y experiencia en iniciativas data-driven. Conocimiento de segmentación, audiencias, automatización, customer journeys y optimización de conversiones. Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders y equipos cross-funcionales. Capacidad para transformar datos en insights y recomendaciones de negocio. Perfil proactivo, organizado, orientado a resultados y cómodo trabajando en entornos dinámicos. Buen manejo de presentaciones, reportes y comunicación con áreas de negocio. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos o background como Project Manager será considerado un plus. Manejo de SQL y Power BI será considerado deseable. Conocimiento de inteligencia artificial y experiencia en el desarrollo de agentes o automatizaciones orientadas a optimizar procesos repetitivos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa será considerado deseable GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
