We’re hiring: Analog IC Design Engineer (Mid/Senior)
Want to design chips that actually make it into silicon?
OmniChip is an independent semiconductor design house based in Warsaw, specializing in analog, mixed-signal, and digital IC design, semiconductor IP, and custom ASIC development.
Our team brings together highly experienced engineers who have spent years designing complex integrated circuits for leading semiconductor companies worldwide. We work across the full IC development cycle — from architecture and transistor-level design to physical implementation, verification, and silicon validation.
We combine the technical depth of an experienced silicon team with the agility of a small engineering company: short decision paths, real technical ownership, and direct influence on the final chip.
And we’re growing.
We are currently looking for an Analog IC Design Engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our team.
• Design and verify analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits and IP blocks
• Develop transistor-level schematics and run pre- and post-layout simulations
• Define block architectures and specifications
• Perform PVT, Monte Carlo and corner analysis
• Work closely with layout engineers on physical implementation
• Review layouts and extracted designs
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with customers
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization and debugging
• Contribute to the development of reusable semiconductor IP
• Depending on the project, you may work on power management, low-power circuits, NFC/RF-related analog, clocking, data converters and other analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• 4+ years of professional experience in analog IC design
• Strong knowledge of CMOS analog circuit design
• Practical experience in designing and verifying analog integrated circuits
• Hands-on experience with Cadence EDA tools
• Experience with schematic, simulation, and post-layout verification flows
• Understanding of analog layout and parasitic effects
• Ability to independently take ownership of an analog block
• Analytical thinking and a solid engineering mindset
• Good command of English
• NFC or RF-related circuits
• Experience with PMU / power management circuits
• Low-power and ultra-low-power design
• PLLs, oscillators and clock generation
• Bandgaps, biasing circuits, LDOs or DC/DC converters
• Experience with advanced CMOS technologies
• Silicon characterization and debugging experience
• Analog layout experience
Real silicon, not just endless simulations — our engineers work on ICs that are manufactured and tested in silicon.
Serious engineering challenges — we develop complex semiconductor IP and ASICs for international customers and work across analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains.
An exceptionally experienced team — you’ll work alongside engineers with 20+ years of experience and deep semiconductor expertise and learn from people who have successfully delivered multiple silicon designs.
Real technical ownership — experienced engineers are trusted to make engineering decisions and have a direct impact on the architecture and implementation.
Small team, big projects — no huge corporate structure and no disappearing into one tiny fragment of a multi-thousand-person organization.
International environment — our customers and partners are semiconductor companies worldwide.
• Stable employment in an established semiconductor company and part of the Atende Capital Group
• Employment contract or B2B cooperation
• Competitive salary depending on experience
• Very flexible working hours
• Hybrid / remote work options
• Individual training and conference budget
• Private medical care with optional family coverage
• Multisport card with an option for family members
• Flat management structure and a genuinely engineering-driven environment
• Modern office in Warsaw - coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, ergonomic chairs, gaming keyboards and mice
