Analyst, AVVC Events Engineer - Tech Lounge & AV

ABOUT THE JOB

Provide specialist Audio Visual and Video Conferencing (AV/VC) support for NAB events in Vietnam, ensuring the successful delivery of onsite, virtual and hybrid events. Responsible for the planning, setup, operation and technical support of AV/VC solutions, including priority Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Town Halls, livestreams and event productions.​ The role is also responsible for event photography and multimedia content production, including event coverage, filming, video editing and post-production of promotional videos, corporate videos, event highlight reels, internal communications content and TVC videos. Operate and support livestream and video production technologies, ensuring high-quality content delivery across NAB events and digital media initiatives.​


YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide onsite and remote support for priority Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Town Halls and Events requiring dedicated AV/VC support​
• Plan, produce and shoot high-quality photos, video for live streaming and content for our internal media channels.​
• Monitor and maintain event production, livestreaming and video production equipment, ensuring reliable operation and performance.​
• Provide planning, set-up, operation and optimisation of meeting room and event production technology for onsite, virtual and hybrid events, including Zoom services, cameras, switchers, audio systems, livestreaming platforms and associated equipment.​
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Branding & Communications and Workplace teams to ensure successful delivery of events, livestreams and multimedia productions.​
• Respond promptly to service requests, incidents and event support requirements, including occasional support outside standard business hours for critical events.​
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• 2+ years of experience supporting services in a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably involving AV solutions (video, web and audio conferencing).​
• 2+ years of experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders.​
• Experience supporting AV/VC livestream or event production services in a corporate, media or production environment.​
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and deliver onsite Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Events, virtual and hybrid events.​
• Experience creating and producing multimedia content, including video recording, editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Clipchamp...​
• Strong ability to create and document processes, standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and training material and user guides​
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management and event coordination skills.
