Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage electronic system messages for financial data exchange with external partners.
Identify and resolve posting errors to ensure accurate financial records.
Manually book premiums, commissions, and taxes based on various documents.
Handle broker-related discrepancies, including transaction reversals and corrections.
Preparation and review of various reports periodically.
Analysis of reinsurance documents e.g. contracts, endorsements etc.
Finding out, agreeing and improving the process and its update.
Working with different stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and tool development
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Creativity and ability to question the status quo.
Good Excel skills.
Very good knowledge of English (C1)
Experience in analyzing documents (financial and non-financial) and drawing conclusions.
Interest in working in a dynamic international environment.
A positive personality along with a great sense of humor (non-negotiable!).
