We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support our Bracing & Supports Global Marketing team and help elevate the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of product, marketing, and sales enablement assets across our global portfolio. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Poland. If you prefer to work from the office or in a hybrid model, you are also very welcome to join us in our office in Szczecin. As this role reports into our Global Bracing & Supports team based in California, U.S., we are looking for someone available to work with regular time zone overlap, ideally between 11:00 and 19:00. What is waiting for you? creating high-quality sales enablement, digital, print, and marketing assets for product launches, campaigns, catalogs, brochures, presentations, trade shows, social media, and web content, supporting our Bracing & Supports business with clear, sales-focused materials across multiple product categories and sub-brands, contributing creative ideas, campaign concepts, and visual solutions, while also executing efficiently on day-to-day marketing needs, working from briefs, even when not all details are fully defined, and helping shape stronger concepts and outcomes, applying and developing brand guidelines, graphic standards, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints, acting as a design approver for selected Bracing & Supports materials created by regional teams, ensuring brand consistency and high design quality, maintaining organized design assets and materials within global systems, helping improve processes in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with global marketing, product, commercial, regional teams, and external creative partners across different countries and time zones. Creating high impact presentations for internal leadership and teams. What do you need to succeed in this role? approximately 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an international or multi-brand environment, a strong portfolio showing product, sales enablement, marketing, campaign, and brand design work, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, experience with Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Jira, strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding principles, and design for both digital and print channels, the ability to translate complex product or commercial information into clear, engaging, and useful visual materials, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving global environment, the ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and explain design decisions in a business context, high proficiency in spoken and written English, experience with motion graphics, video editing, image retouching, art direction, trade shows, or B2B, healthcare, or medical device industries would be an advantage.
