We are currently seeking an Analyst, Commercial Data & Analytics. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role: you'll own the recurring reporting, dashboards, and data quality across the systems that power our commercial operations, including CRM, patient services hub, specialty pharmacy, genetic testing, and claims data. There's real room to grow here. You'll help shape how we structure and report data, and as we scale toward launch you'll take on more ownership and scope.
Run the recurring reports: daily, weekly, and monthly outputs across CRM, patient services hub, specialty pharmacy, genetic testing, and claims data.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI: refresh data, fix breaks, and make routine updates.
Prep the data that feeds our analytics: pull, clean, join, and QC it from source systems.
Monitor the specialty pharmacy and patient services hub data feeds: validate what comes in and flag issues early.
QC analytics outputs before they reach leadership: check the numbers and reconcile against source data so what goes up is right.
Handle ad hoc data pulls and one-off requests.
Support the data work behind incentive compensation, targeting, segmentation, and alignment.
Coordinate with our third-party data and analytics partners: QC their deliverables, track requests, and keep shared data assets aligned.
Document recurring reporting and data processes so they hold up as the team scales.

Qualifications 1–3 years in data analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data operations. Pharma or biotech preferred.
Strong SQL and Excel; Snowflake experience helps. Hands-on Power BI, including DAX and data modeling, is a strong plus.
Comfortable getting messy data into shape: cleaning, joining, and QC'ing.
Detail-oriented and reliable on recurring, deadline-driven reporting.
Familiarity with pharma commercial data (CRM, claims, specialty pharmacy, patient services) helps, as does exposure to incentive comp, targeting/segmentation, or territory alignment. Neither is required.
Comfortable working independently on a small, fast-moving team where priorities shift.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Salary Disclosure Pay Range: $100,000 - $122,000 USD (Salary offered will depend on candidate location, market rate adjustments, skills, and relevant experience).
