Analyst Developer – Document Factory

About the role

Our client, a leading company in the insurance sector, is looking for an Analyst Developer to join its Document Factory team within the Digital Competence Center.

The team creates new documents and maintains existing ones in a cross-functional environment. You will analyse requirements, design and develop document solutions, test them and support their implementation. After an onboarding and training period, you will gradually take ownership of your assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Analyse, develop, enhance and test document-related programs.
• Design and format documents using ISIS Papyrus.
• Translate functional analyses into technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions follow established standards and integrate with the existing data model.
• Define test cases and perform integration, regression and performance testing.
• Check how documents interact with other application components.
• Help maintain the test environment and support testers during execution.
• Analyse test results, resolve issues and verify that deliverables meet business and quality requirements.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with ISIS Papyrus Document Design and Formatting.
• Experience with XML, XSD and HTML is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and defining test cases.
• Ability to read and interpret data models.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working according to Agile principles.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect and Jira is an asset.
• Proactive, collaborative and willing to learn.
• Very good command of Dutch, French and English.

• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Location: Primarily Antwerp, with remote work and occasional presence in Brussels.
