Job Description

At Kraft Heinz, our US Sales team aspires to be an Indispensable Partner with a Growth and Winning Mindset, focused on delivering Superior Execution every day. The Analyst, eCommerce & Customer Marketing, Kroger plays a key role in supporting Kroger omnichannel marketing programs and helping drive execution across eCommerce, Customer Marketing, Sales, Brand, and agency partners. This position combines project management, campaign execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of Kroger eCommerce and Customer Marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and communications with internal and external partners.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Brand, Retail Media, and agency teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, budgets, and other planning tools that support team operations.
  • Review promotional details, product information, and creative assets to ensure accuracy and readiness for launch.
  • Monitor campaign execution and proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop campaign recap materials, performance reports, and business updates for stakeholders.
  • Analyze program performance and provide recommendations to improve future activations.
  • Support recurring customer and team routines, including business reviews, planning meetings, and cross-functional updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team effectiveness and ways of working.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across multiple data sources and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting marketing, eCommerce, customer marketing, retail media, or sales organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or customer-specific activation planning is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, eCommerce, sales support, shopper marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • Interest in digital commerce, retail media, and customer marketing strategy.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
