Through rigorous accounting governance, historic financial reviews, variance analysis, and KPI tracking, the team advises leadership on key investment decisions and performance improvement while ensuring a robust internal control environment. If you were the Finance Analyst , Finance Arc’teryx Korea, here are some of the core activities you would be: 1 . Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Term Planning Data Collection & Validation: Act as the first finance contact for cross-functional departments to collect budget, forecast, and strategic plan inputs. Conduct rigorous 1st-stage verification and data validation to ensure alignment with financial guidelines before consolidation. Consolidation Support : Assist the Finance Manager in constructing, consolidating, and updating monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic plans. Variance Tracking: Monitor and analyze day-to-day financial data and track variances (Budget vs. Actual) to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps. Reporting Support: Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial performance packages, dashboards, and operational commentary for leadership team. Cash Flow Modeling: Prepare, maintain, and update daily/monthly cash flow forecasts to optimize local liquidity and working capital. 2 . System Optimization Standardize and optimize financial workflows during the system transition to ensure seamless business continuity. Are you our next Finance Analyst, Finance Arc’teryx Korea? You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. (AICPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred). You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance and accounting (Experience in multinational corporate environments is an asset). You have strong background in financial data review, accounting governance, and working with external professional service firms. You have advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel skills (Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Power BI is an asset). You have strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy. You have business level English skill (written and verbal). You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions. You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity. You can balance autonomy and collaboration.
