Analyst, GBS - Commercialization

Job Description The position of Commercialization Projects Material Planner reports directly into the Commercialization Manager. The planner is responsible for the end-to-end materials planning process, ensuring the timely supply and availability of materials to support commercialization projects. This role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize material flow and minimize supply chain disruptions. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive materials planning strategies aligned with commercialization project timelines. Forecast material demand based on project requirements. Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Operational Execution: Material Supply Assurance: ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues. Inventory Control: Minimize obsolete and slow-moving inventory through effective inventory management. Project Coordination: Actively participate in project follow-up meetings to stay informed about project progress and potential material requirements changes. Supplier Management: Evaluate supplier performance based on quality and on-time delivery. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks. Financial Management: Monitor working capital tied up in inventory and implement strategies to optimize cash flow.
