We are seeking an Analyst to join our Enforcement Analytics Team, which delivers data-driven solutions that support government enforcement efforts and commercial nonprofit missions.
Primary Duties
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop creative, compelling data visualizations for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Apply statistical methods to support enforcement of laws, regulations, and policies.
- Design scalable, repeatable, and high-impact analytics solutions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and reports for stakeholders.
Minimum Technical Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
- 1–3 years of experience in a quantitative or data-focused role
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Preferred Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in loan underwriting
- Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and presentations
- Experience preparing and presenting analytical results to diverse audiences
Compensation and Benefits
Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
This range reflects our market-based pay structure. Individual compensation is determined by factors including business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, experience).
