About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire an Analyst, Inventory Control within our Supply Chain Department!
The Analyst, Inventory Control associate supports inventory accuracy, inventory governance, and transaction integrity across co-manufacturing locations and third-party warehouses. This role partners with Supply Chain, Customer Solutions, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records, resolve inventory discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement across inventory management processes.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site in Broomfield, CO.
This role may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Monitor inventory and overage, shortage, and damage performance metrics across assigned locations.
- Develop, track, and report inventory control key performance indicators.
- Identify, initiate, and manage process improvement opportunities that improve inventory accuracy and operational performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Support implementation of new processes, technologies, and system enhancements that improve inventory visibility and control.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, job aids, and process documentation.
- Manage IDOC processing and resolve transaction errors impacting inventory integrity.
- Ensure inventory consistency across ERP, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
- Conduct inventory reconciliations and systematic stock comparisons.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Review inventory locations and transaction activity to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support resolution of overage, shortage, and damage deductions and credits.
- Facilitate master data reviews and coordinate updates across relevant business functions.
- Utilize business analytics tools to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in projects focused on inventory optimization, process transformation, and systems improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and transaction processing standards.
- Support business continuity and coverage activities as required.
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $83,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, or related business functions.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing business metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvements.
- Experience making recommendations that support process improvements and operational effectiveness.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain operations, and transaction management.
- Experience analyzing business metrics and inventory performance data.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in supply chain environments utilizing SAP and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of EDI processes and transaction management.
- Experience utilizing HighRadius or similar deduction management tools.
- Accounting or financial reconciliation experience.
- Experience supporting inventory control, master data, and transaction integrity processes.
- Desire to expand expertise in supply chain systems and Order-to-Cash processes.
