103504 | Operations | Entry Level | Non-Executive | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | Permanent Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch #L1-RS1 Job Purpose Reporting to Regional Head of People COE, this role will be focused on execution of Allianz Group initiatves across the Asia Pacific region such as Workforce Transformation, Strategic Workforce Planning and High performance organization. The incumbent will act as a liason between Allianz Group and Asia Pacific Region, driving synergies on best practicies and leveraging people culture metrics to drive effeciencies on wide variety of people topics. What you do Workforce Transformation & FTE Steering Strategic Workforce Planning & workforce transformation, in partnership with business, to rebalance AZAP workforce towards AI ambitions Steering FTE including forecasting, as part of Rapid Productivity, in close partnership with Operations and Finance FTE reconciliation and analysis towards AI initiatives Drive impactful upskilling, reskilling, and productivity enhancements aligned with the Rapid Productivity agenda Regional AI initiatives (Inbound call center transformation with voicebots) Manage project stakeholder needs including communication of status, updates, and issues Navigate organization & systems constraints to deliver SWP products Design and lead SWP workshops with project partners Manage follow-up processes to determine effectiveness of actions taken from SWP projects Drive communication strategy that builds SWP awareness across HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and Digital partners Demonstrate value of SWP in AI transformation and overall business success High Performance Organisation Deliver High Performance Organisation/Org Streamlining ambitions (span of control) with active OE steering Setting targets and monitoring progress towards building the target organization (all OEs) and ensure completion by the assigned deadline, including targeted discussions and analytic support with senior leadership teams in the organizations Strategic Projects / Transformation Be involved in critical projects e.g. People Culture transformation, Mobility Platform, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, AI upskilling at regional level People Culture Communication Drive regional communication together with communication team on key people culture inititaives e.g. GPTW, Awards, Ai upskilling etc What you bring Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree or higher. Data analytics and AI tools PowerBI, Agentic AI Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Project management Analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Excel, specifically in building & using analytical models Proficiency in PowerPoint, effective and efficient at bringing data into story form Business acumen & customer service orientation Adaptable mindset, stakeholder management What we offer We are certified The Great Place to Work in Singapore.
