Role Responsibilities:
•Support pre-bind transactions, endorsements and renewals.
•Perform policy and premium data validation and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
•Support policy administration and underwriting activities across agreed European insurance products.
•Manage email workflow triage and incoming operational requests.
•Support submission and reference generation, including relevant clearance, sanctions and compliance checks.
•Maintain and update policy and client data based on insurance documentation and information received.
•Analyze insurance documentation, including policies, contracts, endorsements, binders/slips and other relevant documents.
•Prepare, review and maintain policy documentation, ensuring quality and accuracy.
•Support document filing and records management across relevant systems and applications.
•Perform compliance checks for relevant lines of business.
•Support pipeline management and renewal processing.
•Enter and maintain policy, risk and binder information within policy administration systems.
•Conduct quality reviews and identify discrepancies or missing information.
•Work closely with underwriting and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
•Adapt to new systems, processes and products as business requirements evolve.
•Previous experience in insurance operations, policy administration, underwriting support or a similar insurance-related role.
•Good understanding of insurance processes and the policy lifecycle.
•Experience working with policy administration systems.
•Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
•Spanish at a minimum B1 level is a strong advantage.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with policy and premium data.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
•Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
•A proactive approach and willingness to develop insurance and technical knowledge.
•Fundamental understanding of AI tools.
