The Impact You'll Make As a Pricing Analyst , you will help shape how our products are priced and positioned across global markets. By turning data into clear insights, you’ll enable sales teams to make confident, value-based pricing decisions that strengthen our competitiveness. You will play an important role in building a more consistent and effective pricing approach across regions—supporting profitable growth while improving the customer experience. Your work will directly influence how we bring products to market and respond to customer needs. Working in a dynamic, international environment, your ability to analyze, simplify, and communicate clearly will help teams make better decisions, faster. In this role, you will be based in Minneapolis, MN, US, working in a hybrid model with a mix of on-site and remote work. The salary range for this position is 68-81K based on experience. What You’ll Be Doing Analyze pricing data and trends to support informed and competitive pricing decisions Develop and refine pricing models for new and existing products to improve decision-making Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to turn insights into clear pricing guidance Support annual price adjustments to ensure alignment across markets and regions Improve pricing processes to increase efficiency and consistency in quoting What We're Looking For Experience working with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for data analysis Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Strong communication skills to explain findings to different stakeholders A structured and solution-oriented way of working with attention to detail Interest in pricing, commercial topics, or data-driven decision-making What You'll Get from Us You’ll join a collaborative, global team where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
