Role Overview: The Analyst:Treasury Operations provides administrative and operational support to the treasury team, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of back-office activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into treasury operations by supporting analysts in managing daily tasks and documentation while gaining exposure to treasury processes. What You'll do: KYC & Documentation Support: Assist in gathering and organizing KYC documents for merchants and internal stakeholders. Ensure all required documentation for adding or removing users on banking platforms is complete. New Account Support: Help complete forms and collect board resolutions for new account openings. Payments Support: Assist in sending proofs of payment (POP) to relevant stakeholders once payments are completed. Daily & Weekly Reporting: Update daily and weekly bank and wallet balances, ensuring records are accurate and available for review. Incoming Funds Confirmation: Monitor merchant emails to confirm receipt of incoming payments and escalate discrepancies to analysts. Settlement Assistance: Support the settlement and reconciliation team in tracking daily settlement amounts and recording transactions accurately. Bank Mandate & Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining updated bank mandates and other compliance-related documents. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to treasury analysts to ensure efficient operations. What we are looking for: 3–5 years of experience in a payments, back-office, or administrative support role within the Payment or Fintech. Familiarity with different payment methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks. Eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in treasury operations. Knowledge of fintech operations or banking experience. B.Com, Economics, Accounting or applicable Business related courses.
