Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Central Region, Ghana, with some flexibility to work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the development of strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include researching potential markets, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. The role also involves setting and tracking sales targets, analyzing performance data, and providing regular reports to leadership. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning to support growth objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, and comfort working in a hybrid environment (office and remote).
• Previous experience in HR services, consulting, or professional services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
