The Impact You Will Make

Analytics Solutions is the data, insights, reporting, and AI analysis layer that powers how our COO organization invests, operates, and improves. This role serves Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success, and Strategy, connecting data from first consideration and ad spend through enrollment and student outcomes, and turning it into stories and action that point teams to the highest-impact opportunities. You will help drive a step-change in reporting and analytics through AI, partnering with stakeholders at every level in a fast-paced environment where service, speed, and accuracy matter equally.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Connect and serve up the data from consideration to enrolled student. Bring together data from first consideration and ad spend (platform performance, spend, CPL, CPA) through lead, application, enrollment, LTV, and ROAS, and deliver it in consistent, trusted, ready-to-use form for Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success, and Strategy. Apply and help refine attribution approaches and shared KPI definitions that keep every team working from one version of the truth.
  • Build the data foundation. Design and optimize scalable data models, pipelines, and transformations in Databricks (Delta Lake, PySpark, SQL), in alignment with established data standards and governance practices, and ensure readiness for self-service and AI consumption.
  • Craft reporting people actually use. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models (advanced DAX) supporting multiple COO functions, balancing architecture and governance with intuitive design and storytelling that drives adoption from analysts to executives.
  • Pioneer AI-powered analytics. Help lead our step-change in how reporting and analysis are delivered: automated insight generation, conversational and self-serve analytics, and intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort and put answers in stakeholders’ hands faster.
  • Turn analysis into action. Deliver funnel, cohort, channel, conversion, and retention diagnostics, LTV/ROAS analysis, and forecast support, and contribute to Marketing Mix Modeling, geo-experiments, and lift tests that guide budget allocation, student success priorities, and strategy.
  • Be the partner stakeholders trust. Manage assigned analytics initiatives end to end and coordinate competing requests end to end across Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success, and Strategy, with a high-service mindset and a bias toward speed. Present findings and recommendations to business and senior leaders to support decision-making.
  • Protect the integrity of the data. Identify and resolve data-quality issues, partnering with appropriate teams on broader issues across marketing, student, and analytics sources, including support for web analytics tagging validation and event data quality, so every number leaders see can be trusted.

What Success Looks Like

  • Data from first consideration through enrollment and student outcomes is connected, consistent, and easy to access, creating a trusted foundation for investment decisions across the COO organization.
  • Analytics Solutions’ dashboards, measurement frameworks, and insights serve as the authoritative source for strategic, operational, and investment decisions across Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success, Strategy, and Executive leadership.
  • Manual reporting gives way to automated pipelines, self-service BI, and AI-enabled analytics, increasing organizational capacity, consistency, and decision-making speed.

How Impact Will be Measured

  • Accuracy, consistency, and enterprise adoption of the consideration-to-enrollment-to-LTV/ROAS data and measurement chain
  • Adoption and business impact of BI dashboards, analytics products, and AI-enabled tools across COO functions; stakeholder satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Reduction in manual reporting time, improvement in forecast accuracy, and demonstrated influence on investment allocation and business performance outcomes

What You’ll Bring to the Team

You bring a rare mix of technical depth and business acumen — equally comfortable architecting a data pipeline and briefing an executive on what it means. You are energized by the bleeding edge of AI-enabled analytics and treat your stakeholders as customers.

Experience That Matters Most

  • Full-funnel marketing analytics: experience connecting paid media and channel platform performance (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to enrollment, LTV, and ROAS, including multi-touch attribution, with demonstrated influence on investment decisions.
  • Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, query optimization, large-scale transformation) and strong Databricks experience (Delta Lake, PySpark, notebooks, workflows).
  • Power BI expertise: semantic modeling, advanced DAX, dashboard UX/storytelling, and governance of reporting serving multiple business functions.
  • Marketing Mix Modeling, media mix simulation, or geo-experiments/lift tests to validate channel effectiveness and inform budget allocation.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics (Adobe Analytics, GA4) sufficient to validate tagging and event data quality.
  • Executive communication and data storytelling, with a record of influencing senior leaders, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering excellent service to internal customers.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace: able to set direction, prioritize, and deliver in undefined problem spaces with competing demands.

Experience That’s Great to Have

  • Hands-on AI analytics: LLM-enabled reporting, automated insight generation, or natural-language data experiences (e.g., Databricks Genie or similar).
  • LTV modeling or long-term value analysis (cohort retention, graduation value), plus forecasting.
  • Python, statistical modeling, or experimentation / growth analytics.
  • Analytics engineering or modern data architecture background; exposure to data clean rooms or audience data-sharing measurement (e.g., LiveRamp, The Trade Desk).
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments balancing multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
