Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
You will be supporting our AP Team in daily accounting activities and month-end closing of various reporting units.
* Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces 💻.
* Posting of IC invoices.
* Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation.
* Preparing automatic and manual payments.
* Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation.
* Managing generic mailbox 📧.
* Bank data confirmation process in German & English.
* GR/IR review and analysis 📊.
What You Need to Succeed
* At least 1 year of a similar experience in a matrix organization.
* Very good English and German skills (min. B2) 💬.
* Knowledge of SAP, VIM, or similar systems would be an asset.
* Numerical and analytical skills ✔️.
* Attention to detail.
